Where property information comes from

Property information on this site comes from more than one source. Some listings are entered and maintained by us in our own content system. Some are supplied through a third-party property data feed, Reelly, and some information comes from developers, landlords or owners. We pass third-party data on broadly as we receive it. We do not control it, and we do not independently verify every field in it.

Off-plan projects

Information about off-plan projects, including payment plans, unit mixes, completion and handover dates, renders and masterplans, is supplied by the developer. Developers change these details, and projects can be delayed, redesigned or cancelled. Renders and computer-generated images show an intended design, not a finished building. Check the current position with the developer and with the relevant Dubai authorities, and read the sale and purchase agreement, before you commit to anything.

Calculators and estimates

The mortgage and affordability calculator, and any other tool on this site, produces an estimate for illustration only. It works from the figures you enter, excludes fees, insurance, charges and taxes that a lender or an authority may apply, and is not an offer of credit or an indication that credit is available to you. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Speak to a qualified advisor and to your bank before you act on any figure.

What you send us

When you send an enquiry, request a meeting or apply for a role through this site, you confirm that the details you give are accurate and that you are entitled to share them. Please do not send confidential or sensitive material through the site's forms. You keep ownership of a CV or any other document you send us, and you permit us to store it and use it for the purpose you sent it for. How we handle that information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property
